How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request from your order details.
  3. Alternatively, email info@elitestrengthcoach.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
