TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The Seller

These Terms govern your use of the website and training services provided by Elite Strength Coach ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service, you are entering into an agreement with Elite Strength Coach.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are of legal age and, if acting on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

Elite Strength Coach provides strength training programs, workout tracking tools, and coach/athlete features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your selected plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service unlawfully or for fraud or spam.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
• Interfere with security, including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

5. Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, content, programming, branding, and documentation. No rights are granted other than as expressly set out in these Terms.

8. Service Availability and Warranties

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Training programs are general fitness content and not medical advice — consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
